  By far the most unpleasant dental visit I've ever had (including having cavities drilled). I'm new to Maryland and needed a cleaning. I chose to go here because of the great reviews.... but the good reviews on here are misleading. This is the first time I have had a dentist do a cleaning with the suction on in my mouth the entire time. No water, no rinse until complete! It dried out my mouth so much even my lips were dry to the point of cracking. He had the hygienist put Vasalene on my lips with a long swab applicator and I ended up with it smeared all around my mouth.
  
  I also had an old night guard that I needed to have replaced. Dr. Bryant couldn't find the solution to clean my night guard (like dentists normally do). I went back a second time to have the impression done for my new night guard..... A month later I called because I hadn't heard anything, and eventually found out the lab never got my impressions... so I had to re-do the impressions. When I finally got my night guard, Dr. Bryant had to grind it down in areas (totally normal) so that all my teeth were in the correct contact position. However, the grinding was rough and jagged. Also, the night guard has not held up well. I've had it approx. 5 months and pieces come off in my mouth and the backs are cracked through.
  
  Needless to say, I just got my 6 month reminder card, and I'll be going elsewhere.
