  We have two of the new HP PageWide XL 5000's. The first was installed a couple weeks ago and required tilting on it's side to get into the elevator and onto the second floor. The second was a much easier, and VERY fast install. Once we got the printer drivers working, all is well. The customer service is great, the price is spot on, the service techs are very responsive and nice. Of all the large format companies I've used, and I've used a lot over the past 16 years, thus far this is the best. Hopefully the honeymoon period will go on for ever.
  Based on everything so far, I'd highly recommend using RPG for any large format plotter purchase in RVA (Richmond, Virginia).
