  Just started coming here for shoulder injury. Therapist has set my mind at ease about what it will take for me to heal. He figured out my initial nervousness and did all he could to help me feel comfortable. I am most grateful for that effort and the fact he answers all questions with answers not blowing me off. Office space is open and comfortable; not intimidating. Easy to reach staff for obtaining appointments. Would highly recommend Optimize Therapy and Fitness .
