  Up until now I have not had any issues with Crestleigh, however as of lately the communication with the leasing office has been nonexistent. I have called over 20 times today alone and got no answer or call back. In addition, there was a rude and uncalled for letter placed on my door about a $100 balance stating that if we do not pay they will find someone else who will. This is not how you treat residents who are hardly ever late and especially only $100. I was considering transferring into a 1 bedroom unit after my lease with my roommate was up but I am reconsidering now that I have been treated so rudely.
